About NCDA
Ndithini Community Development Association (NCDA) is a community based and owned development organization. It is registered at the Attorney General's Office, under the Society Act. Initially, a group of people from Ndithini but mainly residents of Nairobi met to discuss the devastating effect of sand harvesting in the area and, from those early conversations, the idea of forming an organization to promote development in the area took shape.
Vision
A united Ndithini, where every individual has a voice, equal opportunities, and the respect of their rights.
Mission
To empower the people of Ndithini by creating opportunities for wealth generation through better crop and animal husbandry, access to education, improved water and electricity, better transport and communication, enhanced security, and the promotion of spiritual well-being, gender equality, and sound cultural practices.
