How it works
Every NCDA member is a shareholder. When you buy shares, you become a part-owner of the association β and at the end of each financial year, NCDA declares dividends based on its performance, paid out to members in proportion to their shareholding.
The more shares you hold, the larger your share of the annual dividend payout. Shares also determine how much you can borrow β loan limits are calculated as a multiple of your shareholding, so growing your shares strengthens both your earnings and your borrowing power.
